Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship to the United States and Colombia. Once your order is confirmed, we dispatch it within 48 hours. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on the destination. We also ship on Saturdays; orders that leave on Sunday may vary the delivery date.

Once your order is confirmed you'll receive a confirmation email. Pay securely on our website with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and we'll send you the tracking number as soon as your piece leaves the workshop.

For shipments to Colombia, pieces are dispatched from our workshop in Colombia. Customs duties and tariffs are covered by Aluna, so you won't have any additional charges for that.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are covered by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • Pieces must be in perfect condition and include their original packaging.
  • Exchanges and returns are not accepted for custom pieces or sale items.

Warranty

All our pieces come with a manufacturing warranty. If you receive a piece with a manufacturing fault, write to us and we'll sort it out.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, knocks, drops, exposure to chemicals, or natural wear over time.

Caring for your jewelry

To make your piece last: keep it in its velvet pouch, clean it with a soft cloth and avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume and chemicals. We don't offer resizing for now: our pieces are one size.

  • It is the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.
  • Let perfumes, lotions and oils absorb first. Put the piece on last, once your skin is dry.
  • Avoid contact with water.
  • Take the piece off before showering, swimming or going into the sea. Chlorine and salt are patient adversaries of any fine metal.
  • Store it in its pouch.
  • Store each piece separately, in its Aluna pouch or wrapped in a soft cloth, away from other metals.
