Yes. We work with natural stones and raw emerald, the stone of Colombia. Every stone has its own shapes, colors and veining, so no two pieces are alike.

Raw emerald is the stone in its natural state, uncut and unpolished, keeping its original shape and veins. This way, each piece keeps the unique essence of the stone.

We recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water, perfumes, lotions or chemicals. To keep your piece longer, take it off before showering, swimming or working out.

Keep it in its velvet pouch, wipe it gently with a soft cloth, and avoid knocks, drops and exposure to chemicals or perfume.

Yes, all our pieces are covered by a manufacturing warranty. It does not cover misuse, knocks, drops, exposure to chemicals, or natural wear over time.

We ship to the United States and Colombia. Once your order is confirmed, it ships within 48 hours and usually arrives in 3–5 business days, depending on the destination. Orders to Colombia are dispatched from our workshop in Colombia, and customs duties and tariffs are covered by Aluna.

We don't offer resizing for now: our pieces are one size. If you're unsure about a ring or bracelet size, write to us and we'll help you choose.

Each piece arrives in a box with a velvet pouch, a thank-you card and the hand-written story of its symbol and meaning.

Payment is handled securely through the Square gateway. Florida sales tax applies to orders as required by law.
